Trying to incorporate more spinach into my diet. I made this a couple nights ago and forgot to post it!
Honey baked chicken. Mmmmmm… I drizzled this chicken with olive oil, honey, tiny bit of soy sauce, thyme, and salt & pepper… I baked it at 375 degree for an hour (turning the drumsticks once) and it was so juicy and flavorful that I even ate the skin… (ooopppssieess!!)
The salad is a spinach salad with dried cranberries, crushed almonds, and sprinkled with feta cheese, and tossed in olive oil, a little balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
